When we think of celebrations during the month of November, Thanksgiving is usually the first thing that comes to mind. On Thanksgiving, in addition to indulging in a variety of delicious dishes, many friends and family take the time to think about the things that they are grateful for. But why wait until Thanksgiving to reflect on the things you are grateful for?
November is National Gratitude Month; a time to appreciate and reflect on the good things that have happened or are happening in our lives. Practicing gratitude can impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Feeling up for a challenge? Consider doing a 30-day Gratitude Challenge (list is below).
