Non-Residents:
Registration for non-residents opens 3 days after resident registration
Registration Checklist:
Current Library Card. Think it’s expired? Call us before registration. Valid email address and PIN needed for online registration (if you don’t have one, we can help you set one up!) Pick your programs before registration night to save time.
Fees & Payments:
We kindly ask that you make your payment no later than 48 hours before the start of the program to complete registration. If payment is not received on time, your registration will be canceled. We accept cash, checks made payable to ‘Oceanside Library,’ credit cards and online payments for program fees. Please note that refunds are only available if the Library cancels the program.If you are experiencing difficulty paying a fee, visit our Financial Assistance Program page or stop by the Welcome Desk to learn about our Financial Assistance program.
**Program Lateness Policy**
We take great care in planning and scheduling programs for our community. Please be mindful of the scheduled start time for the program you are attending. If the program has a waitlist—especially for cooking, arts and crafts, or exercise programs—and you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the start time, your spot may be forfeited to the next person on the waitlist.
