Summer Reading Club Volunteers (Grades 7-12)
The Children’s Room is looking for volunteers to help with the Summer Reading Club beginning July 1 through August 10. Can you spare one to two hours per week?
In-person sign-up for volunteers begins June 1 in the Children’s Room.
Ongoing Opportunities for Grades 9-12
Teen Ambassador Program (Grades 9-12)
Earn community service hours by helping the library to better serve teens. Develop leadership skills by becoming a library advocate in our community! You will earn service hours by attending monthly meetings and working on special projects. These projects could include anything from designing flyers to helping plan larger-scale community service events in the community.

Teen Tech Helpers (Grades 9-12)
Do you love technology? Are you the go-to person when there is a home tech problem? Want to make a difference in your community? Build your resume and gain valuable experience while earning community service? Apply to be an Oceanside Library Teen Tech Helper.
